CHAKRA CLEANSING
Why is it important to cleanse the chakras?
The chakras are the 7 major energy centres. All the energy, whether positive or negative are absorbed into the chakras, this is why it is important to cleanse them. After a while, your chakras will not be able to work to their maximum because they are overloaded with the negative energy that hasnt been released from the body. This can often result in sickness in the location of the particular chakra that has got too much negative energy, blocked or be damaged from emotional, mental or physical inteference within the body.
So how do I cleanse them?
Step 1: Introduction
Find a quiet place to be comfortable in, sit, lay...be in whatever position makes you comfortable and begin to meditate, relaxing your body as you do.
Step 2: Cleansing your Root Chakra
First begin visualising a red light at the base of your spine, this is where the root chakra is located. Slowly begin to concentrate on this light. Feel the warmth from the light radiating around your chakra and visualise the globe of red to start pulsing gently.
As you see the globe to start pulsing, visualise the red light begin to expand, grow stronger and brighter.
At this time, if you feel any negativity surrounding this chakra, or perhaps see any darkness around it, release it, Just let it go. Now with the emptiness left from the darkness, expand that hole with the healthy glow of the chakras light.
Step 3: Cleansing your Sacral Chakra
Firstly, before you start visualising an orange light, you must first remember that the sacral chakra has two openings, and is located at the pelvis, so when you visualise the light, remember to see them for both, the front and rear of your pelvic region.
Repeat what you did with the first chakra, feeling the warmth and the steady brightening of the chakras, but do not forget to envision two globes of light instead of one. If there is any darkness or negativity that you may see or sense clouding this chakra, release it.
With the remaining hole, fill it with the orange light of the chakras.
Step 4: Cleansing your Solar Plexus Chakra
Now we move up to the next chakra, the solar plexus. If you arent sure where this is, it is located at the stomach, just below the diaphragm. Like the sacral this too has two openings, one front, one rear.
Visualise a yellow glow coming from the back and front areas of your solar plexus. Slowly begin to see the light expand and pulse brighter. Do not forget to feel the warmth around this area, as this is an indication that your chakra is responding to your cleansing.
Once again, any darkness or negativity that you may see or sense must be released for the chakra to be cleansed. Do this and fill the remaining hole with the yellow light.
Step 5: Cleansing your Heart Chakra
Like the two before this, this chakra has two openings at the front and rear of the body.
Start by visualising a green glow from your chest, see it grow brighter till it is strong and green in colour. Feel the warmth radiate in your chest.
Any darkness or negativity must again be released from the chakra, and fill the remaining hole with the green light. Your chakra is now cleansed.
Step 6: Cleansing your Throat Chakra
This chakra too as two openings. Begin with visualising a blue light,getting steadily brighter as you concentrate on it. The colour should be a light blue than a deep blue. It is important to get this colour right, as the third eye colour can be highly similar in many instances.
Now, feel the warmth of the charged chakras in the front and back of your throat.
Following what you have done with the other chakras, you must release any negative energy or darkness that has surrounded the chakra. Then in the space, expand the blue light to complete the globe.
Step 7: Cleansing your Third Eye Chakra
The third eye also has two openings. This chakra is associated with a light purple colour and is located between your eyebrows. Concentrate on that area and feel the warmth of your chakras responding to you.
Now visualise a light purple globe begin to expand from between your eyebrows at the front and back of your forehead. See it steadily brighten and pulse with your energy.
If there is any darkness or negativity around the chakra, release it. With the space left, allow the purple light to fill the chakra and become whole.
Step 8: Cleansing your Crown Chakra
Start by feeling the warmth in and around your head. Unlike most of the others, this chakra only has one opening. It is associated with the colour of white.
Visualise a globe of pure white and begin to see it glow bright and healthy.
Now once again, if there are any spots of darkness or negativity that surround or cloud this chakra, release this energy so that the holes can be filled with the white light and the chakra is cleansed.
I have cleansed them, so now what?
Well now you are done, you have cleansed your chakras. It is best to keep this a regular exercise, as it helps with how much energy and power you can exert.

Salt-water Bath
Salt-water bath is good for cleansing and rejuvenating. Do this before you take a bath, just bath with salt-water. Get a handful of salt in a small bucket of water. Dissolve the salt crystals into the water and having done this, you can take a bath with this salt water. Use it like a medicinal water. The intention is to cleanse all your chakras. from crown to toes. After you have done this, you can proceed to your normal bath. you can do this once a week.
Use salt-water bath when you are under healing crisis or some disease, you may even do this more than once. salt crystals can clean your energy body and the etheric layer. negative emotions, events and people generate negative vibrations that affect our subtle bodies. Any disease, before it manifest on the physical body, it comes from the aura or subtle body. salt-water does its work on the subtle body, the energy of the disease is cleaned in the etheric layer.

To use these angels' names as a means of divination, become quiet for a few minutes and enter into a receptive, meditative attitude. Take three slow, deep breaths from the belly. Formulate a question for which you seek the guidance of the Hebrew letters. Avoid "yes" or "no" questions. A good generic question is, "What perspective on this matter would help me proceed in the best way?"
Pray for inspiration and receptivity.
Meditate upon the letter's associations of the angel name you chouse and also the emotional tone it evokes within you (say the name again and again like a mantra, example; for the first name of God you have to say VaHeVa וָהֵוָ ).
Be receptive to any glimmers of intuition that may arise.

ANG DALAWAMPU'T APAT NA MATATANDA
Dumating ang panahon na ang Diyos ay nag-umpisa ng lumikha ng mga naisip niyang mga bagay tulad ng Langit na kanyang magiging luklukan, daigdig na magiging tuntungan ng Kanyang mga paa at iba-iba pang mga bagay sa kalangitan at sansinukob.Lumikha ang Diyos ng magiging katulong sa kanyang mga gagawin. Nagsalita ang Diyos ng ganito: “AGAHAC JIRIUM JIURJITNUM JIURJITSUM JACJAHAHAC ROGOTAC YOPALUM MEDERAT INEHATISET CORPUS SIOMBENET”, pagkasabi’y biglang may mga butil ng pawis na lumitaw sa bandang kanan ng Kanyang noo at ito'y Kanyang hinaplos ng kanang hinlalatong daliri, at ang mga butil ng pawis ay naging labing-anim na mga espiritu na kahalintulad ng Diyos ang mga hitsura nito. Ang 24 na mga espiritong ito ay siyang mga naging katulong ng Diyos sa lahat ng Kanyang paglikha sa buong sansinukob tulad ng paglikha ng tao. Ganito ang nakasulat sa Biblia: Genesis 1:26, sinabi ng Diyos: “NGAYON, LALANGIN NATIN ANG TAO AYON SA ATING LARAWAN”. Sila ang mga kasama ng Diyos nang likhain ng mga ito ang tao.
Ayon sa lihim na karunungan, ang pangalan ng mga hinlalatong daliri ng Diyos na ginamit sa paghaplos ng mga butil ng pawis na naging 24 espiritu, at kung iyong malaman, kailanman ay hindi ka dadanas ng paghihirap sa kabilang buhay. Isa sa mga tungkulin ng 24 Ancianos ay ang pagbantay sa mga oras sa bawat araw, ang pinakauna ay siyang nagbabantay sa oras ng Ala una, at hanggang sunod-sunod ang mga ito hanggang matapos ang eksaktong 24 oras sang-ayon sa kani-kanilang numero. Sila rin ang tagamasid ng lahat na ginagawa o gawain ng mga tao sa lupa ito'y maging tama o maging mali man, kaya ang mga kasalanan ng tao ay walang ligtas sa Panginoon dahil dito. Sa Apocalipsis ni Juan o Pahayag 11:16 ay nabanggit ang 24 Ancianos at sinasabi: "AT ANG 24 NA MATATANDANG NAKAUPO SA KANI-KANILANG LUKLUKAN SA HARAPAN NG DIYOS AY NANGAGPATIRAPA AT SUMAMBA SA KANYA."
MGA TUNGKULIN NG 24 ANCIANOS
1. UPH MADAC - Ito ang pinakaunang espirito sa 24 Ancianos, maliban sa pagbabantay sa unang oras pagkaran ng hating Gabi siya ang nagdesinyo ng Araw sang-ayon ng tungkuling ibinigay sa kanya ng Infinito Diyos. Gumawa siya ng maraming desinyo at ito'y inipresenta niya sa kanyang mga kasamahan at sa Panginoon, at pumili sila at napagkaisahan nilang lahat ang hugis o hitsura ng araw na siyang nagbibigay liwanag sa mundo sapul pa noon hanggang sa kasalukuyanat sa darating pang panahon.
2. ABO NATAC - Ito ang pangalawang espirito ang siyang gumawa ng desinyo upang magkaroon ng Buwan na siyang nagbibigay sa atin ng liwanag sa panahon ng gabi. Ganoon din ang ginawa niya, marami ring nilikha at ang mga ito'y inilahad sa kanyang mga kasamahan at sa Infinito Diyos, at kanilang napagkaisahan ang porma ng buwan na nasa kasalukuyan ngayon.

6. BICAIRIM - taga pagbantay sa alas 6:00AM hanggang 6:59AM
7. PERSALUTIM- taga pagbantay sa alas 7:00AM hanggang 7:59AM
8. MITIM- taga pagbantay sa alas 8:00AM hanggang 8:59AM

9. AMALEY - Ito ang pangulo at unang ministro ng mga mandirigmang arkangeles. Siya si San Miguel Arcanghel Sa kanyang balikat nakasalalay ang pakikipaglaban sa mga masasama upang magkaroon ng katiwasayan sa lupa at sa langit man. 11. AMACOR – Ito ang prinsipe ng anghel na hukom at siya rin ang nagbibigay sa biyayang pangkalangitan na kung saan ay siya rin ang Mayordomo ng Infinito Diyos. 12. APALCO – Ito ang anghel na ginawang Hustisya Mayor sa langit. Ppunong Tagapamahala sa mga bagay pangkalangitan at tagapag-rekomenda sa Diyos ng kaparusahan na dapat gagawin, Siya rin ang taga-bigay ng karunungan upang magagamit ang kaluluwa at katawang lupa ng tao. Ang anghel na ito ay nakikilalang si San Uriel na nakatalaga sa pagbabantay sa oras ng alas 12 ng tanghali at siya rin ang tagapagbantay sa mga araw ng Mierkules, kaya dapat siya tatawagan sa araw na ito upang maligtas sa ano mang sakuna. 13. ALCO – Ito ang espiritong taga-hain o taga-panalangin sa Diyos ng ano mang magaling na gawa ng tao, siya rin ang tumatanggap at tagapagbigay-alam sa makataong pangangailangan, patungkol sa Diyos. Ang anghel na ito ay si San Seatiel na siyang bantay sa araw ng Huebes at oras na tuwing ala una ng hapon araw-araw, kaya dapat siya ang tawagan sa araw na ito: Ito ang panawag kay San Setiel: LIBERAME LIBERATOR ANIMABUS PAMULORUM SICUT DEUS PETE MIHI A DEO INDULGENTIAM PECCATORIUM MIHI PULCRUM.
14. ARACO – Ito ang espiritong ginawang ingat-yaman at biyaya. Siya ang humahawak ng susi upang maibigay ang kayamanan at kaluwalhatian ng Diyos. Ang anghel na ito ay si San Judiel, ang taga biyaya at tagapagkaloob ng awa ng Diyos. Siya rin ang naatasang magbabantay sa araw ng Biernes, kaya siya dapat ang tawagan sa mga araw na ito. Ito ang panawag kay San Judiel: CRUCEM PASTOR BENEDICTOR REX JUDIORUM EGO SUM ESTO MIHI UMBRACULOM ET FACME ISSIDUM INCOMPETENDO DOMINO.
15. AZARAGUE – Ito ang espiritong tagapag-alaga ng Langit at Lupa, at siya ang taga tulong at taga-ampon sa lahat na espiritong nasasakupan ng Infinito Diyos. Siya si San Baraquiel ang bantay sa oras ng alas 3 ng hapon sa bawat araw at naatasang magbabantay din tuwing araw ng Sabado, kaya siya ang dapat tawagan sa mga araw na ito. Ito ang panawag sa kay San Baraquiel: AGNUS VENITE SALVAME SALVATORE OBTI MIHI MIHI BENDITIONEM DEI ET FACME NUMQUAM SEPARARE A DEO.
Si San Baraquiel ay ang pinakahuli sa Siete Arkanghelis na kilalang pitong mandirigma ng Diyos Ama.
16. LUXBEL – Ang espiritong ito ay ang pinakabunso sa mga espiritong unang gawa ng Infinito Diyos. Ang kanyang pangalan ay nangangahulugang “Liwanag ng Langit” dahil siya ang pinakamalapit sa Diyos. Nang ang Diyos ay mag-umpisa na ng kanyang paglalang, bininyagan siya ng pangalang BECCA, subalit sinuway nito ang Infinito Diyos kaya pinangalan siya nito muli ng LUXQUER o LUCIFER. Ang kasaysayan ni Lucifer ay matutunghayan sa isang aklat na pinamagatang DIEZ MUNDOS (Sampung Planeta). Sa aklat na ito ay matatagpuan ang iba-ibang uri ng bawal na karunungan gaya ng pangkukulam, malik mata, pang-gagayuma at marami pang iba.

Ang limang espiritong ito ay hindi binyagan at hindi tumanggap ng tungkulin. Nang ang Panginoong Jesucristo ay kasalukuyang nakabayubay sa krus,lumapit sila upang magpabinyag, nguni't hindi na nangyari dahil sa mga oras na iyon ang ating Panginoon Jesus ay nalagutan ng kanyang hininga.
Ang huling tatlo ay ang SANTISIMA TRINIDAD Sila ang Diyos Ama, Diyos Anak at Diyos Espiritu Santo. Ang salitang Santisima Trinidad ay hindi matatagpuan sa Biblia, subalit nagbanggit ito ng Ama, Anak at Espiritu Santo, ganito ang sabi sa Mateo 28:19: “HUMAYO KAYO AT GAWIN NINYONG ALAGAD KO ANG LAHAT NG MGA BANSA. BAUTISMUHAN NINYO SILA SA NGALAN NG AMA AT NG ANAK AT ESPIRITU SANTO.” Ang tatlong ito ay pinaniwalaan ng marami kahit kulang ang kanilang kaalaman tungkol dito.
22. MAGUGAB – Ang espiritong ito ay nagpepresenta bilang Diyos Ama, na ang sabi ng iba ay siyang unang persona sa Santisima Trinidad. Subalit bilang DiosAma, hindi siya ang Infinito Diyos, kundi ibinigay lamang sa kanya ang karapatan at tungkulin na nagpakilala bilang Dios Ama. Siya ang binigyan ng pagdesenyo sa mundo at sa lahat na nilalaman nito gaya ng iba-ibang uri ng mga lumilipad sa himpapawid o mga gumagapang sa lupa, lalong lalo na ang tao.Siya ang taga pagbantay sa alas 9:00PM hanggang 9:59PM.
23. MARIAGUB – Ang espiritong ito ang pangalawang persona sa Santisima Trinidad, taglay niya ang kabuuan ng Dios Anak at ang kapangyarihan sa pag ganap sa mga misteryong ginawa ng Panginoon Jesucristo. Siya ang espiritong sumakatawan upang maligtas ang bawat nilalang na tumanggap at mananpalataya sa Kanya.Siya ang taga pagbantay sa alas 10:00PM hanggang 10:59PM.
24. MAGUB – Ito ang pangatlong persona ng Santisima Trinidad bilang Espiritu Santo, siya ang gumanap upang maisagawa ang bagay na dapat mangyari sa kasalukuyan. Dahil sa kanyang kapangyarihan ay nabubuo at natutupad ang mga pangako ng Infinito Diyos sa mga Tao. Siya ang taga pagbantay sa alas 11:00PM hanggang hatinggabi o 12:00MN....itutuloy
